For technology start-ups, and to a degree start-ups of any sort, Boston and the surrounding area is arguably one of the greatest cities, bar Silicon Valley. (In my opinion Boston is actually better due to its lower cost of living.) It is easy for founders, even outsiders, to create a strong list of contacts, the Boston area houses a multitude of the best colleges and universities in America, (meaning bright, young people looking to make a lasting impact on the world), and there are more than enough VC’s, angel investors, and technology accelerators to go around. Who wouldn’t want to start a company in Boston?

To me, it seemed natural to start a computer and phone repair company. It isn’t a technology start-up in the common conception of the word, but it is a natural necessity. For the many well-funded start-ups that you see on television, in magazines and newspapers, and online, there are 10 others that do not have funding. These companies may someday create products that will change the world, but for now their budgets are tight. Unlike their funded counterparts that can afford the best technology, many entrepreneurs are using older, out of warranty computers, tablets, and smart phones, and when these break, they are forced to either make due with a spider-webbed screen and burnt out processor, or pay for expensive new equipment.

This is where Back Bay Computer comes in. As an entrepreneur who is rather new in the technology business, I understand how tight your budget can be. I also understand that to be successful in technology, you actually need your technology to be working at all times. (Shocking, right?) Due to this, I want to extend a helping hand to anyone starting a company. If you need your technology fixed, let me help. Big-box computer repair stores will only see you as an account. I won’t. I promise that you won’t be just another number. You will get personalized service from me, and will get it at the best price possible. In the end, my goal is to create a lasting relationship with you.

So, give Back Bay Computer a call and let me be a helping hand in your quest to change the world.
